Overview
St. Vincent de Paul serves a nutritionally balanced and delicious hot meal every day at lunch in the Dining Room. On Easter Sunday, we get more guests than normal and need extra help to spread some holiday joy. Volunteers may assist on the serving line, help our neighbors find places to sit, hand out Easter Baskets, and enjoy fellowship in a respectful and welcoming environment. This role helps ensure that guests are served efficiently and with dignity.

After the last guest is served at 1:00 PM, volunteers are invited to stay and have lunch with us.
Volunteer Needs
Volunteers per shift/day:

Ages:
Volunteers must be at least 14 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Tasks
- Help maintain an orderly and welcoming dining environment
- Assist staff in ensuring guests are served efficiently and respectfully
- Serve meals as needed from the serving line
- Help guests find places to sit as spots become available
- Hand out Easter Baskets as needed
Check-In & Instructions
Upon arrival, please sign in by scanning the QR code posted in the Dining Room.
A staff member will greet you and provide instructions for the shift.
Dress & Safety Guidelines
Long pants (capris acceptable for women)
Shirt with sleeves
Closed-toed shoes
Hair nets/coverings will be provided for you and must be worn at all times while serving/handling food
Gloves will be provided for you and must be worn at all times while serving/handling food
Please do not volunteer if you are feeling unwell. The safety of volunteers, staff, and neighbors is our top priority.
Cancellations
If you are unable to volunteer on your scheduled day, please cancel through Galaxy Digital so another volunteer may take the spot.
